Is the pack of "floor references" that was created to help teams get access to facilities an openly available resource? I've been asked through my league if it can be got & shared on behalf of someone on #derbytwitter

For reference, Rainy City (on advice from their friends at MRD, Halifax, and Spa Town, and in solidarity) have also banned him from their venue, the Thunderdome. This ban also stands for external hires of the facility where RCRD are not playing.

If this is a British Championships game, the Sanctioning will be automatically processed by the Championships and the UKRDA sanctioning team; you need do nothing more - we have the paperwork in hand.
