As you haven't specified the league or division you are in, I'm unsure as to whether your games will be sanctioned.

Certain divisions/tiers have auto sanctioning, but you would really be best speaking to the Champs organiser.

If they confirm that your games are sanctioned then yes, you will need to wear your patches.
