Charters will need to be submitted via the "Muster" system; instructions about getting set up on that can be found in the "gaming discussion" thread at viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1740
If it's sent to Muster, it will be automatically sent to British Champs as well, but it must be submitted with a minimum of 30 days prior to any game you wish to use it at.
